In cooperation with our partners at the Perinatal Stem Cell Society, we provide stem cell therapy to combat veterans and first responders for aliments including painful joints, physical injuries, brain trauma (including concussions), along with skin related issues. Stem cells can be administered via injections into the joint or area of injury as well as intravenously. Our participants report decreased pain, increased well being, and an overall sense of relief after their treatments.

Why Muse MSCs Stem Cells for Veterans with TBI?
Muse MSCs (Multilineage-differentiating Stress Enduring) cells are a unique subpopulation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) known for their ability to home to injured tissues, cross the blood-brain barrier, and differentiate into multiple cell types. Peer-reviewed studies show Muse cells reduce inflammation, repair damaged tissues, and promote neurological recovery — making them especially promising for Veterans with TBI and PTSD.
Stems Cells and Exosomes for Physical Injuries
The top physical injuries we target experienced by combat veterans include traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), shrapnel wounds, fractures, and limb loss, frequently resulting from improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Additionally, musculoskeletal injuries (MSKIs) are common due to overuse and the strenuous demands of heavy gear, leading to conditions such as back pain, joint problems, and chronic pain. Combat veterans also face significant challenges from spinal cord injuries, nerve damage, and losses in hearing and vision.
Sabot has successfully treated 19 veterans, achieving phenomenal results that include improved mobility, significant pain relief, and an overall enhanced quality of life.
The majority of these veterans are combat and Special Operations veterans from various deployments and operations, including Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, 9/11 Rescue, GWOT-CJTF HOA, and Inherent Resolve.

The Need: Help Us Treat 50 More Veterans
Our mission is to treat an additional 50 Veterans. To make this possible, this program requires your philanthropic support to cover stem cell and treatment costs. one hundred percent raised goes directly to Veteran care. Thereby funding a treatment or contributing any amount, directly change lives.
