The Reset Project: DSR SGB

Sabot Foundation’s “Neuro-Integration & Recovery Initiative for Veterans,” also known as The Reset Project, is a collaborative program with the Infinite Hero Foundation and Dr. Shauna Springer PhD, of Thin Line Advisory, designed to bridge the gap between trauma survival and full reintegration. By combining advanced therapies with structured support, this initiative helps veterans move from stabilization toward long-term resilience and purpose.

The partnership aligns DSR SGB’s physiological interventions—which target the nervous system to reset the fight-or-flight response—with the funding and research capabilities of the Sabot Foundation and the Infinite Hero Foundation along with the guidance of Dr. Shauna Springer. Together, we provide a continuum of care through a three-phase model:

Phase 1: Stabilization: Clinical intervention utilizing Dual Sympathetic Reset (DSR) and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) to rapidly reduce physiological stress responses, hypervigilance, and anxiety.

Phase 2: Integration: A structured program focused on rebuilding function through peer groups, outdoor-based reintegration, and regenerative therapies.

Phase 3: Rebuilding Life: Turning clinical relief into long-term stability by tracking emotional regulation, social engagement, and cognitive clarity.
